Cancellations must be made by email or registered letter. Charges depend on how far ahead of your arrival date you cancel:

Leaving early does not entitle you to a refund. If you can no longer come, contact us: we are happy to consider postponing your stay case by case. If we have to cancel ourselves (force majeure), we refund you in full.
During your stay
A few house rules
L’Ecologis is in a small, quiet hamlet. Please look after it as you would the house.

even during the day, unless agreed in advance. - No parties
no stag/hen parties or student parties. - Non-smoking house
and pets outside only. - Use resources wisely
water, wood and electricity: that’s the spirit of the house. - The path and the pond
the path is for access only; no parking along it. The pond and neighbouring meadows are private. - Insurance
check that your insurance covers tenant’s liability for holiday rentals.
